El Mirador is a brand new complex completed summer 2006 finished to a very high standard of just ground and first floor (penthouse) apartments.
Ground floor apartments have a large sun terrace, and the 1st floor penthouses having both large balcony and private roof top sun terraces for the sun worshipers to get that all day sun tan.

The apartment complex was built in the Andalusian style. The dark wood balustrades and terra cotta coloured walls give it a distinctive hacienda look. A freeform swimming pool, (heated during the winter), with separate children’s area is found in the centre of the complex and free sun lounger's are available. There is a bar, cafeteria and mini market together with a laundrette on site and Internet access is available in reception for a small fee. Lifts are available to all floors.
