Please complete our provisional booking form first to enable us to confirm that the dates you require are available. If the dates are available your booking will be confirmed by return e-mail or in writing and forwarded to your given address with the full payment details for your booking.
· RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates on booking. If rental commencement is within 8 weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid.
· BALANCE: The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior your arrival or commencement of your rental, With no exceptions unless otherwise previously agreed in writing by the management or owners of Tenerifelettings.com.
· KEY / SECURITY DEPOSIT: A separate payment of £100 is requested at the time of booking as a security deposit and for the issue of keys to the apartment and complex. Your deposit will be returned to you, once the keys have been safely received back to us and the property checked for damages, etc less any costs for repairs required to make good breakages, damages, etc.
· KEYS: Keys will either made available to you at time of your arival by way of leaving within a high security external digital key safe outside the property or alternativley be sent to you two weeks prior to departure by recorded delivery, this being decided by ourselves for the most convenient method available on an individual property basis and should be returned using the same method as received. If receiving your keys via recorded delivery postal service we require there return as soon as possible after your return to your home country by the same method, Once received back by ourselves, and subject to property checks, we will return your Key / security deposit via postal service.
· CHEQUES: If the Bank for whatever reason does not honour any cheque issued for monies due, an administration charge will be levied to cover this at the set fee of £30 per cheque.
· CANCELLATION BY YOU: Cancellation must be in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation any time after booking will entitle the owner to retain the deposit paid by the client together with the amounts as set out in our main terms and conditions (a copy is available on request) as to the cancellation period involved. Cancellation Letters for insurance purposes, due to sickness, etc. are available on request in all cases for the toal of your claim.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply;
Cancellation within 21 days to arrival date - 100% of total cost due and payable !
Cancellation between 22 and 55 days to arrival date - 75% of total cost due and payable !
Cancellation 56 days and over to arrival date - deposit due and payable !
· INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance to cover at least - CANCELLATION - ACCIDENT - MEDICAL - THEFT. Please note, neither our management company nor we accept responsibility or liability for any accident, injury and illness however sustained during the rental period. In particular, your attention is drawn to the fact that the use of all facilities/equipment within the property, complex comunal areas, etc. is at your own risk. Children should be supervised whilst in and around the pool and complex at all times.
· NUMBER IN PARTY: The maximum number of persons allowed in our apartment is indicated on your confirmation letter. Any numbers on arrival over and above this make your booking null and void, without refund.
· LOST KEYS: Our local management company in the resort reserve the right to make a charge for replacement / lost keys for both there administration charge involved together with the cost of the individual keys involved.
· SECURITY OF PROPERTY: It is a condition that the apartment is secured at all times when not occupied. A security safe is provided in the apartment and used at your own risk.
· ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE : Apartments are normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, and left in a clean and tidy state with no exceptions unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by the management or owners of tenerifelettings.com.
· COMPLEX FACILITIES: The owners or management company cannot be held liable in the event that the complex facilities are not available due to circumstances beyond their control. It is a condition of the booking that you abide by the regulations of the complex for the safety and comfort of yourselves, guests, neighbours, residents, etc..
· MAINTENANCE: For the purpose of maintenance/emergencies, the owners reserve the right to allow the management company entry into the property at any time.
